Tender Announcement: Supply of Animal Feed and Nutritional Supplements

Namaa Foundation for Agricultural Development announces the implementation of a project entitled: “Urgent Action to Strengthen Food Sovereignty in the West Bank and Gaza Strip,” funded by Grassroots International.

Within the framework of this project, Namaa Foundation announces a tender for the supply of animal feed and nutritional supplements for Hebron Governorate.

Interested bidders are invited to visit Namaa Foundation offices in Ramallah or Hebron to obtain the tender documents against a non-refundable fee of USD 100 per copy, during official working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, starting from Tuesday, 19/08/2025 until Tuesday, 26/08/2025 (noting that Friday and Saturday are official holidays).

Tender submissions must be delivered to Namaa Foundation Office – Ramallah no later than Wednesday, 27/08/2025 at 12:00 PM (noon).

The tender envelopes will be opened on the same day, Wednesday, 27/08/2025 at 1:00 PM, at Namaa Foundation Office in Ramallah (Al-Bireh – Surface Marhaba area).

Important Notes:

1. All bidders must submit a certified bank guarantee or a bank cheque amounting to 5% of the submitted offer value. The guarantee must remain valid for 90 days from the tender submission date. Personal cheques will not be accepted, and any bid that does not meet this requirement will be disqualified.
2. The awarded bidder shall bear the cost of the advertisement.
3. Bidders must submit a valid registration certificate and a valid withholding tax certificate; otherwise, 10% of the invoice value will be deducted.
4. The tender currency is United States Dollar (USD), and the awarded bidder must submit a tax invoice (VAT invoice).
5. The Tender Committee is not obligated to accept the lowest-priced offer.
